Data collection and use for contract processing and when opening a customer account You provide us with your personal data and agree to the promotional use of your data by Ing. Ernst Holler Weingut Elfenhof, Holler Wine GmbH (contract processing, processing of your enquiries, information and offers from the winery by mail, newsletter or phone). Collection of contact data related to the Covid 19 pandemic
Information according to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO):
Purpose and legal basis of the data processing: The purpose is contact tracing to prevent the (further) spread of COVID-19 following the appearance of a (suspected) case. Data collection and storage is carried out in accordance with § 5c para. 3 Epidemic Act 1950, Federal Law Gazette No. 186/1950 as amended in conjunction with § 17 COVID-19 Ordinance, Federal Law Gazette II No. 214/2021 as amended, which are legal bases in the sense of Art. 9 para. 2 lit. i DSGVO.
Recipients of the collected contact data: The data collected shall be transmitted exclusively to the competent authorities. This shall be upon request and in accordance with § 5 para. 3 Epidemic Act 1950.
Data storage period: The data collected will be saved for a period of 28 days and then destroyed.
Your rights with regard to the processing of your data: You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. Please contact us for this purpose.
Data transfer for the fulfilment of the contract
Our company regularly checks your creditworthiness when concluding contracts and, in certain cases by a legitimate interest, also for existing customers. For this purpose, we cooperate with Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hammfelddamm 13, 41460 Neuss, Germany, from which we receive the necessary data. For this purpose, we transmit your name and contact details to Creditreform Boniversum GmbH. In order to fulfil the contract, we give your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. For the processing of payments, we give necessary payment data to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the payment service selected by you in the ordering process.
Use of data when subscribing to the e-mail newsletter If you register for our newsletter, we will use the data required for this purpose or separately provided by you to send you our e-mail newsletter (Information and offers related to the winery) on a regular basis.
