Collection of contact data related to the Covid 19 pandemic

Information according to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO):

Purpose and legal basis of the data processing: The purpose is contact tracing to prevent the (further) spread of COVID-19 following the appearance of a (suspected) case. Data collection and storage is carried out in accordance with § 5c para. 3 Epidemic Act 1950, Federal Law Gazette No. 186/1950 as amended in conjunction with § 17 COVID-19 Ordinance, Federal Law Gazette II No. 214/2021 as amended, which are legal bases in the sense of Art. 9 para. 2 lit. i DSGVO.

Recipients of the collected contact data: The data collected shall be transmitted exclusively to the competent authorities. This shall be upon request and in accordance with § 5 para. 3 Epidemic Act 1950.

Data storage period: The data collected will be saved for a period of 28 days and then destroyed.

Your rights with regard to the processing of your data: You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. Please contact us for this purpose.

Data transfer for the fulfilment of the contract In order to fulfil the contract, we give your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. For the processing of payments, we give necessary payment data to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the payment service selected by you in the ordering process.
