PRICES
Our wines are offered in retail prices. The prices include all mandatory taxes.
GIFT VOUCHERS/VALUE VOUCHERS
The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue, after which the expired voucher can be exchanged for a new voucher that is valid for another 1 year. The validity can be extended to a maximum of 5 years, during which the services can be accessed with the voucher. There is no refund of the voucher amount.
PACKAGING
Shipping cases for either 6 or 12 bottles.
REVERSE VENDING
We would be pleased to take back the empties on the next delivery. The bottles should be rinsed out with warm water after consumption. Please return the bottles in their original cartons. If the delivery is made via a delivery service (parcel service), we will charge for the return transport of the empties according to the daily price.
PAYMENT
Payment is to be made in full and immediately. Invoices are included with every delivery. Late payment will incur 1% default interest per Month.

Monday thru Friday 8am to 6pm
Saturday from 10am to 4pm
Sundays and Holidays may be arranged.
PLEASE NOTE
Store wine bottles on their sides to keep the corks moist. More important than the optimal storage temperature of 8-10 Grad Celsius (46-50°F) is a darkness.
GUARANTEED SHELF LIFE:
Trockene/halbtrockene (dry to semidry) white wines: minimum. 5 years
Spätlese and Auslese: minimum. 10 years
Beerenauslese and Trockenbeerenauslese: over 20 years
Red wines: 10 years
PROTECTION OF MINORS
If you order goods that may not be legally sold to minors, we may insist on verification of the
minimum legal age of the buyer through a reliable procedure. The delivery agent may insist upon
proof of age and identity before releasing the goods.
MISCELLANEOUS
We may alter the usual conditions of payment if we receive adverse credit information retrospectively. We may reverse sales as well as reduce the payment period. If there is a default in payment, we are entitled to reclaim the delivered goods and the customer is obliged to return our goods. We reserve full property rights on all goods until full payment is received by us. Furthermore, goods already purchased from us may be reclaimed in order to balance outstanding debts to us. The ownership of the goods is only then fully transferred when all outstanding payments are received by us.
All our wines are officially certified and labeled with an AP number.
